Breakfast - Grande Mocha - 1 Pump Chocolate, extra shot, nonfat milk - 3 points, 8 grams sugar
Fruit plate - 1 point, 16 grams sugar
Lunch - 6" Subway Chicken Sandwich - 7 Points, 6 grams sugar
Snack - 2 pieces of candy (I know, not good)
Dinner - Kielbasa sandwich and 1/2 cup of pasta roni
Dessert - 3/4 cup ice cream (I know, not good!)
