Today I am going to make it a point to:

1. Not snack on junk food (NO CANDY)
2. Not eat dessert

Morning Weight: No Weigh in (I think I am afraid to get on the scale)

Exercise: 3 Mile run approximately 30 minutes

Breakfast: A handful of trailmix

Snack: Non

Lunch: Turkey Sandwich, a bag of baked lays

Snack: 1/2 bag of pretzels, a cookie (CRAP!)

Dinner:
